Various documents and procedures are required to study abroad. Please refer to this page for more information about the application process for school admission, including attendance qualifications, application procedures, and required documents.
Attendance Qualifications
(1) Those who have completed (or expect to complete) at least 12 years of general school education.
(2) Those who have completed a secondary education course that qualifies them for admission to an institution of higher education.
Applicants must satisfy the criteria for either (1) or (2) above, and be at least 18 years of age.
Entrance Examination
Examination Fee (Application Fee): 20,000 yen

Scholarships System
Purpose
Scholarships are awarded to students who have excellent academic achievements, enthusiasm, and an excellent character, but have difficulty studying abroad at their own expense for financial reasons. For more information, please inquire directly.

Application Process for School Admission
(1) Submit application documents, and pay entrance examination fee. Application deadline: 5 to 6 months before the scheduled enrollment date.
(2) Notification of entrance examination results
(3) Apply to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan for issuance of a “Certificate of Eligibility”
*4 to 5 months before the scheduled enrollment date
(4) Notification from the Immigration Services Agency of Japan of the result of issuance of the “Certificate of Eligibility”
*1 to 2 months before the scheduled enrollment date
(5) Payment of entrance fee and tuition fee
(6) Sending of “Admission Permit” and “Certificate of Eligibility”
(7) Apply for a student visa at a Japanese Embassy or Consulate outside Japan
(8) Entry into Japan: Residence card issued
