Japan Culture Academy Osaka provides inexpensive, safe and secure student dormitories for students who are studying in Japan for the first time. Two-person rooms and four-person rooms are available. Of course, the rooms are fully air-conditioned, so they can handle the Japanese climate, which is hot in summer and cold in winter.
